Yes! All of our merchandise is authentic, original and brand new. We receive all of our merchandise directly from the brand manufacturer and send all purchases out exactly as they are received; including their original packaging.
We provided warranty only for manufacturer defects, not for use damage.

This is the estimated time it takes the carrier to deliver the item. This time period depends on what part of the country the item is being shipped from and to. After your order is processed, you can log in to your store account at any time and check the order status of your shipment. For International orders it can take anywhere from 4-12 business days. We can ship your order marked as a gift with a low value in order to avoid/minimize any customs fees in your country, however we cannot guarantee this because every country has different regulations. Simply contact us for a return authorization number and return the merchandise in resalable condition in its original packaging with all items that were shipped.
We would greatly appreciate it if customers could accompany their returns with details of the problem and whether you require a refund or exchange. Do not damage the product or the packaging. Where you have failed to take reasonable care of the product, B2B Sunglasses reserves the right to refund you in full less compensation to either repair the goods or to cover any loss if we cannot repair. For correctly supplied items return shipping costs are not refunded.
